My spiritual path began by pure accident, as most do. I was working in a very stressful corporate oil and gas job, and needed something to help manage my stress, support my sleep, and cope with the role’s overwhelming daily demands.To help support myself and avoid burnout, I enrolled in a yoga studio close to my home, and immediately fell in love.

Shortly after, I was introduced to the book, “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron, and at the end of the 12 weeks working with the book, I put in my two weeks notice, and signed up for yoga teacher training. That was in 2010 and I haven’t looked back since.

Since that time, I have intensively studied yoga, meditation, the chakras, Reiki, sound bath balancing, crystal balancing, sacred oils, Feng Shui, and Human Design. My passion in all I do is to help others experience the same sense of peace, balance, and alignment that transformed my own life.

Instead of doing a class with other students, I was able to get one on one instruction and schedule dates/times that worked best for me. I really appreciated the flexibility. Part of the training was actually getting a reiki session from Joni with all her fun gadgets. You even receive a chakra book and get to select a pendulum! She is an extremely warm, caring, and gifted healer and teacher. I felt extremely relaxed. I get a massage once a month and I felt that this might have been more relaxing than my massages. I’ll definitely go back to try more of her services. She’s great! How do I book a session?

You can book a session directly through our website or contact us via email or text. Start your journey to holistic wellness today!

What is the difference between group and individual meditation?

Group meditation offers a shared mind-body wellness experience, while individual meditation provides personalized guidance tailored to your specific goals.

Do sessions need to be in person?

Most sessions are conducted in person at our energy wellness center, but some services may be available remotely. Contact us to find what works for you.

Can I customize my session to focus on specific goals?

Absolutely. All sessions are tailored to your needs, helping you achieve balance, energetic alignment, and clarity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept online payments for regular sessions. Some services, like past life regressions and Reiki certifications, require a deposit. Only pop-ups and energetic coaching sessions can, and must, be paid for online. For in-person sessions, we accept cash (exact change only) and credit cards. Please note, filling out the intake form does not involve payment, as no credit card information is collected.

Do you offer product discounts?

Yes, members receive a 10% discount on crystals, sprays, and other products that support energetic balance and well-being.

What should I bring to my session?
