The Seven Major Chakras
Reiki is based on the belief in a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. Practitioners use specific hand positions or gentle touch, or hovering of the hands, to transfer universal energy to the recipient. The goal is to promote balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit, aiming to alleviate stress, discomfort and encourage overall well-being. Reiki can only do good. The practitioner is the conduit between the Universe’s energy and the receiver. No energy between the practitioner and receiver is exchanged.
There are seven major chakras in the energetic body. These chakras are wheels of energy that spin and work together when open and fully functioning. Each chakra is associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Many factors can cause disruption or block a chakra.

Crown Chakra | Sahadrara
The crown chakra is positioned about 3 inches about the head, and is a thousand-petaled violet or white lotus.
It is the center of pure consciousness.
The crown chakra enables a deep connection with spirituality, wisdom, and a sense of unity with the universe.
Third Eye Chakra | Ajna
The third eye chakra is positioned in the middle of the forehead, and is a two-petaled indigo lotus.

Throat Chakra | Vishuddha
The throat chakra is positioned at the base of the throat, and is a sixteen-petaled turquoise lotus.

The throat chakra is associated with communication, self-expression, and the ability to speak one’s truth. It allows one to compassionately, actively listen, and hold space for another person.

The heart chakra positioned in the center of the chest, and is a twelve-petaled green lotus with pink flecks.
It is the bridge between the lower and upper chakras, symbolizing the integration of physical and spiritual aspects of our being.
The heart chakra enables one to have unconditional love and compassion for oneself, and others.
Solar Plexus Chakra | Manipura
The solar plexus chakra is positioned in the upper abdomen, and is a ten-petaled yellow lotus.
It plays a vital role in our sense of self and personal identity.
The solar plexus chakra allows one to physically feel into, and rely on their gut instinct. It also governs the digestive system and internal organs.
Sacral Chakra | Svadhisthana
The sacral chakra is positioned in the lower abdomen, and is a six-petaled orange lotus.
It is the seat of emotions and creation.
The sacral chakra is associated with processing emotions, and releasing what is no longer serving one’s highest good. It also plays a vital role in one’s sexuality.
Root Chakra | Muladhara
The root chakra is positioned at the base of the spine, and is a four-petaled red lotus.
It serves as the foundation of the energetic system, connecting one to the Earth.
The Root Chakra gives stability, security, and one’s flight or flight instinct. It is associated with family, childhood, and ancestors.

Attunement & Certification
A Reiki attunement is a spiritual initiation or ceremony in which a Reiki master enhances the recipient’s ability to channel universal life energy. The attunement opens and aligns energy channels, facilitating the flow of healing energy in Reiki practice.
Reiki certification involves a structured training program where individuals learn the principles, techniques, and symbols associated with Reiki healing. The certification process includes:
1. Reiki Level I: Introduces basic concepts, hand positions, and the ability to channel energy for self-healing and others.
2. Reiki Level II: Covers the use of symbols and mantras to enhance the energy flow, as well as distant healing techniques.
After completing each level, participants receive a certificate recognizing their proficiency at that specific Reiki level. Certification signifies a commitment to practicing and sharing Reiki for healing purposes.
Reiki | Chakra Balance + Attunement
Each personalized session will include smudging, aura cleanse, chakra inquiry, and the assistance of any crystals and/or oils needed.
Each chakra will receive energy through touch. The Crystal Light Bed will also be utilized.
After the session, breath work, and a guided mediation will take place before the Attunement is given.
The Reiki Attunement will allow you to administer Reiki to yourself.

A two day course that is recognized by the International Center for Reiki Training.
It will delve into:

Please book for the first day, that is two hours. We will schedule the remainder of the time at the first meeting.
